Words of Wisdom Hawaiian Rules from the Hona Maui The Hona Maui is one of those beautiful hotels beyond the price range of ordinary mortals. (Shall we send the kids to college, or have a week at the Hona Maui?). It turns out Sting can afford it along with a number of other celebrities in search of secluded luxury. Next t o the marble decked pool is their wellness centre, and I stopped to see what services they offered and what exercise equipment they had. On the wall were some guides for life and wellness, one of which I’ll share with you below. I’m unaware of the author of “8 Rules for Being Human” as no name appeared on the handout. THE 8 RULES FOR BEING HUMAN 1. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY.
2. YOU WILL LEARN LESSONS.
3. A LESSON IS REPEATED UNTIL LEARNED.
4. THERE ARE NO MISTAKES, ONLY LESSONS.
5. LEARNING LESSONS DOES NOT END.
6. "THERE" IS NO BETTER THAN "HERE".
7. YOUR ANSWERS LIE ONLY INSIDE YOU.
8. YOU WILL FORGET ALL THIS.
