Lie face down on floor with hands clasped
firmly behind head. Keeping muscles rigid,
extend tongue to raise body from floor in push–up
movement. Lower slowly; relax; repeat.

Lie flat on back with arms held at sides.
Remaining prone on floor, extend both breasts
vertically as far as possible
(DO NOT aid movement by deep breathing).
Hold; release gradually; relax; repeat.
